Terms of Service
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blomigo. Accessing the Game signifies you have read and accepted these terms.
2. IN-GAME ADVERTISEMENTS & REWARDS
The Game is ad-supported and displays Banners and Interstitials.
Rewarded Videos: You may voluntarily watch ads to receive in-game benefits, such as a "Revive" or "Extra Time". These rewards have no real-world monetary value.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All game content, including the 3D block mechanics and image layouts, is owned by Blomigo.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Game. The Game is provided "AS IS".
5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
