Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the My Mini Farm Mart - Tycoon Sim mobile application (the "Service") operated by Blomigo Games Studio("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service and should delete the application from your device.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Virtual Items
Virtual Assets: The Service allows you to purchase virtual currency ("Premium Currency") and time-limited "Boosters" using real-world money. These items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the game and have no real-world monetary value.
"No Ads" Upgrade: Purchasing the "No Ads" option removes third-party interstitial and banner advertisements. We reserve the right to continue displaying internal promotions for our other products or services.
Payments: All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your billing information.
No Refunds: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Attempt to bypass game mechanics, including the "Repair" system or "Wholesale" timers.
